4. The Class of 1997 chose the film Men in Black as the theme for their float in this year's Alumni Day parade.  The parade theme was
"Popular Movies from Your Graduation Year."  The float won the Clara Hornick Trophy.

5. The Class of 2002 chose Harry Potter as the subject for their float, which featured these and other emblems. 
The float won the Wayne S. Gray Trophy.

6. The Class of 1977 chose the Academy Award-winning movie Star Wars as the theme for their float, which won the
George  Disnard Trophy.  The parade theme was "Popular Movies from Your Graduation Year."

8. A banner nearly six-inches wide decorated all four sides of the Class of 1977 float.  The banner, which stated the familiar line from the
Star Wars movie, "May the Force be with You," featured Rebel Alliance X-wing starfighters that were  piloted by a Cardinal! 
The float won the George Disnard Trophy.

9. A Cardinal pilots this X-wing starfighter.  The image was part of a banner that went around the entire Class of 1977 float. 
The banner stated the familiar line from the Star Wars movie, "May the Force be with You."  The float won the George Disnard Trophy. 
Credited with coming up with imaginative idea to have a Cardinal as the pilot were Don Girard and Cathy Thompson, both members
of the Class of 1977.

At age 103, Helen is the oldest active Stevens High School Alumni Association member.
